Day 12 - Monday

7am I drank 9 oz of water upon awakening and then 24 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “C” Clari Phi and mixed in with a small banana.

8:30am I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

10:00am I ate 2 oz of Veggielicious Spice and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

1:30pm I ate 2 oz of Apple Cinnamon Phi and drank 8 oz of water

3:30pm I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

5:15pm I drank a cup of yam soup with little extra curry spice in it. Yum! I am still loving this stuff!

6:00pm I ate a salad of organic baby greens with olive oil, garlic, organic mustard, Cajun pepper spice, small amount of balsamic vinegar and fresh squeezed lemon juice as the dressing and put 2 oz of Corn of Plenty on it. And yes, as far as a crunchy salty snack, Corn of Plenty is my favorite.

9:00pm watching a movie decided to have 2 oz of Tropi Phi, it’s delicious and gave me some little reward for being this close to the end of the 13-day program. Still no alcohol and haven’t missed it too much.


Day 13 - Tuesday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, and “C” Clari Phi mixed in with a small banana.

8:30am I ate 2 oz of Apple Cinnamon Phi and drank 8 oz of water

10:00am I ate 2 oz of Veggielicious Spice and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

1:00pm I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

2:30pm I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

4:00pm I ate fresh organic baby green salad with oil and vinegar on it and 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank my water

6:00pm I ate one piece of Publix fried chicken – yes wow it was good, and small amount 2oz or so of organic cottage cheese. I’m officially through with my 13 day eating program but I know I am going to continue to drink the smoothies for breakfast and eating every 90 minutes to 2 hours throughout the day. I love this food and this way of eating.


Day 14 - Wednesday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, and “D” Detoxi Phi mixed in with a small banana. Since I am coming off the 13 day program today I have decided to keep my morning routine fairly similar. I may have some yogurt with fruit or oatmeal with fruit but now I have the snacks to keep me from being hungry all day and still maintain a small lunch. I may go back to my regular half of a wrap with meat, for lunch but I will be very strict about what is on it. Then I will have a smaller meal at dinner time and only snack on the farmacy foods in the evenings, if at all. I am also going to limit my alcohol intake to no more than 2-3 drinks per week. I would like to maintain the weight loss that I’ve experienced and also continue to lose. And I may do the 13 day program again in a few weeks. J I feel this has definitely been a success!

I had a “normal lunch” but was somewhat particular about it. Just a few bites of an appetizer, hummus and pita wedges, then a cup of chicken thai peanut soup and slice of fresh made broccoli and cheese quiche. It was really delicious. No other bread or dessert and only water to drink. I think I made a fine choice! The reason for this lunch today was that it was a celebration lunch with the girls I’d worked on a big work project with. And wow we had a good time. (Courtyard on the Grove restaurant in Merritt Island).

I had snacked all morning though and after lunch. Still keeping with the timing of what I was eating and getting more whole natural foods in me as before. Also drinking quite a lot of water.

After work my husband wanted to go out so I took my snack Corn of Plenty with me. I ate it and had one Perrier and one glass of red wine. That was it! I didn’t order anything else.

Afterward at home we pulled out the rest of the chicken, we threw some away as I just didn’t want to eat very much of anything else, after having the nice lunch today. But I did end up eating one leg of the leftover chicken and drank some more water.

I notice this evening that I have a whole 16 oz bag of Phi Plus left, bag of Veggielicious, bag of Cornacopia all left over, plus parts of some of the other bags too! I believe then that two people could use the $199 package of food to work this 13 day eating plan, no problem. Especially if you eat some steamed veggies or salads sometimes. I have plenty of soup left over also, still unopened is the vegetable soup package. I have used all of the smoothie mix as of tomorrow morning though.


Day 15 - Thursday

I am back to my smoothie for breakfast and snacking. For lunch I will have Corn of Plenty and water. For dinner I am planning on having a cup of my husband’s homemade chili.

Day 16 and Beyond...

I've continued having the smoothies for breakfast and I am snacking / grazing on the wholefoods and other raw foods, or vegetables and such throughout my day. I have lost almost two pant sizes in the last six weeks. After the two week eating program I did incorporate some meat for a week or two, then my husband and I watched a video called "Eating". He decided not to eat meat or fish and give the plant based diet a try for health and moral reasons. Because I had tried the Essene approach to eating a while back and now because of my new find in all of these raw foods and the ease of it, I too decided I would not eat meat or fish. We have eggs on the weekends but aside from some organic greek style unflavored yogurt, sour cream or organic cheese, we aren't eating much that even comes from an animal, much less killing them.

If you get a chance to rent or buy the video "Eating" I believe it will heighten your awareness to what is happening on our planet. #1 it takes more grain to feed the animals that we ultimately kill and eat than it does to feed everyone. This was quite a shock to us. #2 we are over fishing a lot of species of fish and seafood which will eventually kill them out (go back to the history lesson on the whales or buffalo). Everything needs to be balanced. If we all quit eating meat and fish, even for a few months, we will make such a dramatic shift in these industries that we will force them to change. I promote eating in balance with nature, cyclical. Have a steak or some seafood occasionally. The mass over consumption of these leads only to disease and an in balance in our world where it comes to food. And human kinds number one survival necessity is food. Think about it. Thank you.

Do you know that vaccinations and autism are related?

In my health research for my website I have come across much disturbing information... I'm not asking you not to vaccinate your children/grandchildren but to study the facts before you do:

Most of you know Jim Carrey, actor/comedian - maybe less of you know who Jenny McCarthy is, actress, activist, mom but they led a march for autism awareness in Washington, D.C. on June 4, 2008.

What I did not know (guess I've been living under a rock) is that autism and vaccinations have been connected. When I read about the mercury that is used in the vaccinations I really stood at attention because I know mercury in dental fillings have been some cause for health issues in people for many years - dentists do not even use those old amalgams anymore! They usually do not tell you why, just that they don't use them. If you're interested in that you can get started here.

The real issue is this:

"The sad truth is that the public trust has been betrayed by those operating a mass vaccination system now crumbling precisely because there was a refusal to listen to the calls by mothers of vaccine injured children to take constructive action in the 1980's and 1990's.

Today, those responsible for the betrayal of the public trust will be forced to deal with a new generation of Moms, exemplified by Jenny McCarthy, who are not starting from ground zero like we did. These Moms are holding their broken children in their arms and looking back in anger and disgust at the long, tragic history of denials by those operating the mass vaccination system. This generation of mothers and fathers, many of whom will spend a lifetime trying to heal their vaccine injured children, are standing on a platform of knowledge built brick by brick by those who have gone before and shouting: "It ends here and now with me."
