Day 8 - Thursday

7:15am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “A” Ampli Phi alone just to taste it. I am going to suggest some bars order this for bloody mary mix, unless they feel its cost prohibitive. At least I can ask. I only used about 1/3 of a banana this morning and ¼ organic raspberries.

8:50am I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

10:30am I ate 2 oz of Veggielicious Spice and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am I ate 2 oz of Cornaborealis and drank 10 oz of water

1:00pm I ate 2 oz of Cornaborealis and drank 10 oz of water

2:30pm I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

4:00pm I ate 2 oz of Coco Cherry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

5:30pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

7:00pm I drank some Pellegrino water and had steamed cauliflower and few carrots with olive oil.


Day 9 - Friday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “B” Beauti Phi mixed together with some blueberries

8:30am I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi and drank 8 oz of water

10:00am I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am I ate 2 oz of Cornaborealis and drank 10 oz of water

1:00pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

2:30pm I ate

4:00pm I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

6:00pm I ate salad of greens and spinach and drank 10 oz of water


Day 10 - Saturday

10am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “B” Beauti Phi mixed in and half of a banana

11:30am We went to Caffe Chocolat and I ordered a small greek salad but didn’t stipulate that they serve it without the pita wedges and meat so I had to sit there and pick off all of that, we took it home and Richard ate that later. I ate the romaine lettuce and tiny bit of feta cheese with oil and vinegar dressing. I didn’t order my regular chai tea either I only had water

1:30pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

3:30pm I made myself the two scrambled organic eggs with 1-2 oz of organic cheese and handful of fresh spinach leaves – I used the salt and Cajun pepper spice from wholefood farmacy that I had ordered in my second order and it was delicious!

5:00pm I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

7:30pm I ate salad of greens and spinach and drank 10 oz of water


Day 11 - Sunday

8:30am only drank water

9:30am ate 2 oz of Apple Cinnamon Phi and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am had a cup of the tomato soup with little bit added Cajun pepper spice. Yum!

1:30pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

3:30pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

5:00pm I ate 2 oz of Coco Cherry (last of that Richard had some too though) Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

6:30pm I ate salad of greens with some raw carrots with added garlic and more olive oil to a “no preservative Marie’s ginger dressing” which I later noticed contained high fructose corn syrup – don’t know why because it had 0 trans fat on the label and was in the organic produce section of Publix, but since I only had a teaspoon or so I don’t think it was too bad. Tasted good of course. Drank 10 oz of water
