Day 4 - Sunday

8:30am –Again I was thirsty as soon as I woke up so I drank about 4 oz of water right away. Since hubby was still sleeping I was just happy with the water for about an hour then I mixed up the Farmacy Pro Power mix and “F” Fruiti Phi with whole banana at 9:30am.

11:00am I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 6-8 oz of water – yes I needed to eat some Corn of Plenty early!

Richard had told me about his breakfast from Saturday just before I went to the store, so this immediately gave me a craving for eggs and cheese. As soon as I got to Home Depot (had to go there first, then Publix) I realized I’d forgotten my water and food and I was hungry. This was about 12:15pm. I got through the errands and probably seemed like a mad woman in Publix looking for anything organic I could find. I got home about 1:00pm.

1:00pm made myself two whole organic eggs, scrambled with 2 oz of organic cheddar cheese, 2 oz of the veggielicious spice, and spoonful of organic unflavored plain yogurt on them. YUM! I have really missed eating! This really satisfied me and though I think I could live without meat now, I cannot live without something from the animal world. And cheese is definitely a weakness of mine. However, limiting myself to the 2 oz was awesome for me as I think I could have eaten the whole 8 oz package! Did you know that Publix only sells one kind of organic cheese? Honestly I do not know if I was supposed to have the eggs and cheese or not but I know on the audio that I’ve been listening to they refer to organic soy milk and organic yogurt so how much different is organic eggs and organic cheese? And at least I didn’t overeat. I really wanted toast with my eggs and cheese though.

3:30pm didn’t feel hungry but still had a little bit of Cornaborealis and 8 oz of water

5:00pm snacked again on Cornacopia (love this one too!) and didn’t feel hungry. Had some water also.

6:00pm made the tomato soup. I didn’t try it plain but I will tomorrow night as I put ¼ cup of organic whole wheat pasta in it and spoonful of yogurt. It made the consistency very thick but I was not satisfied with the flavor. I am not sure if I didn’t like the pasta (it was a new kind for me) or the yogurt in with the tomato soup. I had thought for some hysterical reason, that the yogurt and pasta in the soup would make me be able to tell myself it was lasagna. NOT. I ate it because I was hungry and then chalked that up to experimentation.

8:00pm last chow down for the night, while watching a movie, had Coco Phi and couple of walnuts and couple of cashews from my husband’s stash of regular salted nuts. Went to bed about 10:00pm and wasn’t hungry. I used my essential oils and that lifted my spirit.

Day 5 - Monday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “G” Glori Phi and whole banana mixed in it. I really like this combination and drank it until we got to work – from start to finish about 20 minutes or so.

8:30am I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

10am I ate 2 oz of Fruitalicious Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water

11:15am 2 oz of Cranberry Phi again with 8 oz of water, Richard made himself a wrap for lunch today so he’s having that.

1:00pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water – have I mentioned yet how much I love this one. I like all the nuts and seeds in it, and the spices. J

2:45pm I ate 2 oz of Apple Cinnamon Phi and drank 8 oz of water (first time eating this one)

4:00pm I ate 2 oz of Fruitalicious Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water

6:30pm made the tomato soup again, I am developing a taste for it. I didn’t add anything to it. Then I also made a plate of steamed cauliflower and ½ of baby carrots. I just put herbs on them and extra virgin olive oil. I felt really full – next time I think I can cut down the portion of the steamed veggies – it was more than I’d eaten in one sitting for five days.

8:30pm I wasn’t hungry and didn’t feel like I needed to eat any more so I just drank some water with 1-2 oz of Simply Limeade in it (and it’s all natural).


Day 6 - Tuesday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “G” Glori Phi and quarter of a cantaloupe mixed in it. Drank this in about 20 minutes or so.

8:50am I ate 2 oz of Fruitalicious Plus and drank 8 oz of water

10:15am I ate 2 oz of Veggielicious Spice and drank 8 oz of water

11:30am I ate 2 oz of Veggielicious Spice and had 2 oz of fresh organic raspberries with about 2- 3T of organic no fat yogurt greek style, drank 8 oz of water

1:00pm I ate 2 oz of Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz of water

2:45pm I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 8 oz of water

4:40pm I ate 2 oz of Cornaborealis with 8 oz of water

6:30pm I ate (at Paul’s with Richard, Jim and Wanda) one sweet potato – nothing on it, and 2 oz of Corn of Plenty, with 2 small bottles of Perrier. Didn’t miss the alcohol at all. And probably wouldn’t have missed the food except Wanda kept talking about the South Beach diet. But I kept the positive words in my head of why I am doing this and it wasn’t that bad, I got through the evening just fine. J

7:00pm I drank some more water and didn’t snack at all. Felt full from dinner. GREAT!


Day 7 - Wednesday

7am I drank 16 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power, “A” Ampli Phi and whole banana mixed in it. This was very different! The red farina is almost as spicy as a bloody mary mix. Hmm, speaking of bloody mary’s...

8:45am I ate 2 oz of fresh organic raspberries with about 2- 3T of organic no fat yogurt greek style - drank 8 oz of water

10:15am I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water (it was the first time I had the cranberry version of the Phi Plus, very good and not overly cranberry tasting)

11:40am 2 oz of Cornaborealis with 8 oz of water, we both worked through lunch because Richard felt bad after going out last night.

1:20pm I ate 2 oz of Fruitalicious Plus and drank 8 oz of water – have I mentioned yet how much I love this one. I like all the nuts and seeds in it, and the spices. J

3:00pm I ate 2 oz of Cranberry Phi Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water

5:00pm Richard was not feeling well and wanted take out from Asian House so I got him the beef lomein that he likes and I just got the mixed vegetables which came with some white rice. I had about ¼ cup of the rice and about 1 cup of the veggies. There was a brown gravy sauce on the veggies that was so good, but I need to ask next time I go there if it is made from a packet, homemade or has MSG etc in it. I do not think this was a diet spoiler though because there wasn’t a lot of this sauce on the veggies. However, I may only have this one more time during my 13 days.

8:30pm I felt a little hungry so I ate 2 oz of the Tropi Phi and drank water til going to bed at 10:30pm
