My 13 Day Eating Program
I logged my entire thirteen day eating program here:

First day - Thursday June 19, 2008
7am -- drank 8 oz of water with the Farmacy Pro Power mixed with it quickly followed by 8 oz of water with the “E” Electri Phi mixed in it.
I prefered both flavors mixed together then each on their own.
I read in the literature that you should start out with the letter E and work your way through the smoothies (they call them farinas) as you would the notes on a keyboard from E, to F, to G, to A, then through to D.
This way the Detoxi Phi is last. I ordered my smoothie packages on my pantry shelf so that I’d remember. E, F, G, A, B, C, D and since there is 1.5 oz of each in the sampler I just split each bag in two and used that as my measure, it’s a little more than 2 rounded tablespoons according to my measuring spoons so that two days in a row I will drink the same farina.
8:30am -- I ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water
10:20am -- (I would have eaten at 10am just to stay on schedule but I got interrupted with a hair on fire type of crisis of course) Fruitalicious and drank 6-8 oz of water
11:45am -- I almost ate all of my 2 oz of veggielicious spice – again got busy drank 4 oz of water
1:30pm -- I was able to eat the last couple bites of veggielicious spice then all of the 2oz of Cranberry Phi drank 10 oz of water
3:00pm -- 2 oz Corn of Plenty and 8 oz of water – this stuff is great! It may be one of the main choices that is going to keep me faithful to this 13 day diet!
4:30pm -- 2 oz Cornacopia and 8 oz of water with the Hdr8te in it
6:00pm -- made the Yam soup and put a cup of fresh broccoli and couple radishes and garlic clove in it. I added some curry powder and Cajun seasoning but it didn’t need it – it was almost too spicy. So next time, I will just put some broccoli or cauliflower in it without the extra spice and try it that way.
8:00pm -- had Tropi Phi and it was delicious! Added couple unsalted walnuts of my own also. Went to bed about 9:00pm and wasn’t hungry but felt a lightness in my tummy. I’m thinking no alcohol and no big dinner was the reason. It was sort of a different feeling but not hunger and no hunger pangs at all.
Day 2 - Friday
7am -- mixed 33 oz of water (with hdr8te in it) with the Farmacy Pro Power the rest of the “E” Electri Phi. I kept shaking it as I drank it and drank it from about 7 til 8:45. I find I don’t mind the taste now and with it being more diluted it helps too.
8:10am -- started eating my 2 oz of Phi Plus
10:20 -- ate my Veggilicious and had 10 oz of water
11:15 -- My husband decided to try this at lunch also but since he’s not eating it on the “every 90 minute schedule” as I am, I brought the whole bag and measured him out 4 oz so after that if he wanted more he could have more. I ate just my 2 oz of Cornucopia and drank 8 oz water.
1:00pm -- ate 2 oz of the Corn of Plenty and drank 8 oz water. I love this Corn of Plenty stuff, love sunflower seeds, pecans and cashews. Yum!
3:00pm -- ate 2 oz of the Coco Cherry Phi Plus and drank 8 oz water.
4:30pm -- ate 2 oz of the Cranberry Phi Plus and drank 8 oz water.
6pm -- made a bowl of the bean soup and added fresh broccoli and radishes again. This time I didn’t add too much of my own spices, only some curry. YUM!
8pm -- had 2 oz of the Trophi Phi – that is perhaps my favorite of the sweet kind. This evening I am missing going out to eat and having some cocktails so we had Pellegrino water and I had an 8 oz of that. I looked over some of the Farmacy literature.
Day 3 - Saturday
8am – Today is Saturday so I slept in a little later than usual. I was thirsty so I immediately drank about 4 oz of water. I made the Stardust 2Hdra8te water also so I had this ready to make my Farmacy Pro Power mix and “F” Fruiti Phi. This time though, since I am still using water to mix these with I decided to throw in half of a banana. It worked so well, made the drink consistency a bit thicker, I decided to keep up with this trend. I went to work on my computer and continued drinking this 16 oz smoothie for about a half an hour or so.
10:00am -- ate 2 oz of Phi Plus and drank 6-8 oz of water
11:30am -- ate some fruitilicious and drank 6-8 oz of water – Richard went out for his cappuccino and breakfast at our normal Saturday place. I miss that but stay busy cleaning the house, walking doggies and working on the computer. I got some reading in too.
1:00pm -- snacked again and drank my water
3:00pm -- ate some Corn of Plenty and 8 oz of water. It was at this point that I realized I needed a bit of moral support so I logged in to the website and went to the backoffice, download section and started listening to days 1-3 of the 13 day eating program that the company has put out there. That did help me get through this evening, especially finding out that I could have some other organic foods, just no meat, while on this program. Whew! What a relief!
4:30pm -- snacked again this time with a couple of my unsalted whole walnuts and drank the water
6:30pm -- made the bean soup again, I really like that stuff.
8:30pm -- had Tropi Phi and really missed having the night time cocktail and full meal with MEAT. We stayed up much later than usual tonight though, sometime after 11pm and I didn’t feel the need to eat anymore so I guess I’m finally getting the hang of this.
