We are not physicians, or medical practitioners of any kind. We share knowledge from what we've read, or come to understand that have helped us, or others we have first hand knowledge of.

On the flip side however, we do not believe pharmaceuticals cure or prevent disease. Some may be helpful to treat symptoms of disease. We do not "throw the baby out with the bathwater" so to speak, so you should use common sense, visit your medical team, not just rely upon one doctors advice, and assume responsibility for your own health.
