10) No MSG or artificial flavorings
11) Take digestive enzymes, especially if you are overweight – your digestion is all messed up. If you aren’t eating raw fruits and vegetables you aren’t getting digestive enzymes, reducing gas and bloating
12) Don’t drink any diet sodas or labeled a diet food
13) No fast food! McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut,

22) Add hot peppers or anything spicy, cayenne pepper is one of the best with benefits to the heart and circulatory system
23) Organic apple cider vinegar, pulls fat right out of your system. Take a couple teaspoons before every meal
24) Breathe. Oxygen burns fat. You have to breathe, either by exercising or doing breathing exercises.
